Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. proudly announces the addition of Mahesh Wasadikar as a Partner in its General Corporate Practice. Operating from the firm’s Mumbai office, Wasadikar will guide clients through a wide range of corporate transactions.
With over a decade of experience, Wasadikar has honed his skills in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions across various sectors, including healthcare, infrastructure, and manufacturing. His expertise also extends to corporate advisory work, covering company law, FEMA, and SEBI regulations, as well as the drafting of complex commercial contracts.
Before joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Wasadikar served as a Partner at Desai and Diwanji and held roles at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Rajani Associates, and Crawford Bayley & Company. He is a graduate of Rizvi Law College, Mumbai, with degrees in B.LS. & L.L.B.
Beyond his legal practice, Wasadikar is passionate about reading, plays the acoustic guitar, and advocates for autism awareness.
