Anant Dang has stepped into a key role at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, joining as a Partner in the firm’s General Corporate Practice in Bengaluru.
Bringing over 14 years of experience, Dang has worked with AZB & Partners and Indian Law Partners, and was a founding team member and General Counsel at Mensa Brands—India’s fastest unicorn. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, with a strong foothold in e-commerce and technology law advisory.
A 2010 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Dang spent over three years at Mensa Brands before making the move to SAM.
