Poovayya & Co is shaking up its internal ranks with a fresh round of elevations—13 lawyers have been promoted across its Bangalore and Delhi offices, all set to take effect from April 1, 2025.
At the forefront of this year’s announcements is Swarna Shenoy, now stepping into the role of Partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice. Having joined Poovayya & Co in 2016, Shenoy has quietly but steadily carved a name for herself in a notoriously complex field. Her work has ranged from navigating land acquisitions and overseeing property due diligence to managing the fine print of real estate and construction documentation. A graduate of SDM Law College, she’s seen as one of the key architects behind the team’s growing presence.
