The turf is ready, the bats are polished, and the countdown has begun—Delhi will once again host the much-anticipated SILF Turf Cricket League, now entering its 17th season, from October 4, 2025.
Weekend clashes will unfold at two familiar battlegrounds: Modern School, Barakhamba Road, and Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, Pitampura. This year, too, fans won’t be left out of the action—matches will stream live on YouTube, complete with commentary, scorecards, and even third-umpire calls at the Modern School venue.
The clock is ticking for teams to sign up—the registration window closes on September 18, 2025. Each squad, capped at 15 members, will don personalized coloured jerseys bearing their logos, names, and numbers. Every team is guaranteed at least three league matches before stepping into knockout territory.
Adding to the ceremonial flair, SILF President Dr. Lalit Bhasin will preside over the draw of lots in the final week of September. Last year, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys lifted the Cup division trophy, and challengers will be keen to unseat them this season.
Backing the tournament are Bar & Bench as the digital media partner, Ram Rattan Group as the Luxury Farm House partner, and Hamdard Joshina as the wellness partner.
