Bombay High Court Limits Mumbai University Regularisation To Ten-Year Employees

The Bombay High Court on 21 October 2026 limited regularisation of Mumbai University’s temporary employees to those completing ten years’ service by 30 August 2022.

Others receive the July–August 2022 wage difference and compensation of 15 days’ wages per completed service year, calculated using minimum pay plus dearness allowance.
