Adarsh Saxena, a seasoned Partner in the Disputes Practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, has transitioned from the Mumbai office to the firm’s Singapore branch (CAM Singapore) as the Director of International Arbitration, effective June 2024. Saxena brings over 14 years of expertise in resolving complex, high-stakes commercial disputes.
With qualifications in both India and England & Wales, Saxena’s practice encompasses disputes in areas such as construction and infrastructure projects, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, media rights contracts, franchise agreements, sports, and corporate governance.
