With an impressive career spanning over 18 years, Jay specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Private Equity, Banking & Finance, Restructurings & Insolvency, Capital Markets, and General Corporate advisory.
Jay’s expertise lies primarily in Corporate Finance and M&A, where he excels in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide range of financing transactions. His experience encompasses everything from seed and venture capital to strategic M&As and JVs, including complex transactions involving stressed assets. Additionally, Jay provides strategic advice to Private Equity funds on investments in listed companies.
