The conference will bring together over 200 arbitration specialists, including in-house counsel, practitioners, and international thought leaders. Notable sessions will delve into critical themes like cross-jurisdictional arbitration and state-backed entities, featuring heavyweights such as Abraham Vergis, Andrew Cannon, and Claudia Salomon. Meanwhile, on November 15, the ICC IWBL Advanced Training offers an intensive, hands-on experience for seasoned professionals. The one-day workshop will explore the nuances of drafting enforceable arbitral awards, from jurisdiction and damages to auxiliary remedies such as interest and costs. Attendees will also participate in mock court sessions, simulating the scrutiny process by the ICC Court of Arbitration. This advanced-level training is designed for arbitration experts with at least five years of professional experience.
