AZB & Partners has brought in Shagoofa Khan as a Senior Partner at its Mumbai office, where she will take the helm of the firm’s Funds practice.
With nearly 25 years of experience in fund structuring, managed accounts, infrastructure investment trusts, and international taxation, Khan’s expertise spans both law firms and in-house roles. She has previously worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Nishith Desai Associates, and financial institutions such as Kotak Investment, Tata Services, IDFC Alternatives, and NIIF.
A graduate of the University of Mumbai, Khan is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
