Andhra Pradesh High Court
Among the notable nominees are advocates Maheswara Rao Kuncheam, also known as Kuncham, Thoota Chandra Dhana Sekar (T C D Sekhar), and Challa Gunaranjan, all of whom are poised to take on judicial roles.
Karnataka High Court
For Karnataka, Justice Siddaiah Rachaiah is recommended to be appointed as a Permanent Judge to fill an existing vacancy. The Collegium has highlighted the urgency of this appointment, as Justice Rachaiah’s term as an Additional Judge is set to conclude on November 7, 2024.
Kerala High Court
Meanwhile, the Collegium has also put forward the names of several Judicial Officers for the Kerala High Court, including K V Jayakumar, Muralee Krishna S, Jobin Sebastian, and P.V. Balakrishnan, all of whom are expected to enhance the judicial landscape in the state.
