Gentari Renewables India Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Petronas Group, has finalized a major acquisition, securing a 1.6 GW renewable energy portfolio from Brookfield Asset Management in India. The transaction is being executed in two phases, with the first phase—comprising 1 GW of operational assets—now complete.
