The accused, linked to the banned Popular Front of India (PFI), faced accusations of conspiring to convert India into an Islamic State by the year 2047, as per the prosecution’s claims.
Justices Ajay Gadkari and Shyam Chandak, presiding over the case, meticulously examined the evidence presented before them. At the heart of the prosecution’s case lay accusations of indoctrination and incitement, with the prime accused purportedly issuing directives tantamount to inciting violence.
