Savani Gupte has transitioned to S&R Associates as a Retained Partner in the firm’s Mumbai office, bringing her extensive experience in litigation and arbitration to the team.
A 2011 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, Gupte is qualified in India and holds the title of Solicitor under the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Her expertise spans Indian and international arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation, securities disputes, and insolvency cases. She has represented clients across diverse industries—including manufacturing, finance, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and consumer sectors—before various judicial and regulatory bodies, including the Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, SEBI, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal.
Before joining S&R Associates, Gupte was a Partner at SAMVĀD: Partners for four years and previously spent seven years with Khaitan & Co.
