NALSAR University of Law is recruiting three Legal Consultants in Maritime Law for a project with the Directorate General of Shipping in Mumbai.
Applicants must be fluent in English and hold an LL.M in Maritime Law, Insurance Law, Maritime Security Law or International Law. One to two years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates must be under 35 as of September 30, 2026.
The engagement is initially for one year and may be extended based on performance. Consolidated remuneration is ₹60,000 a month, and the selected consultants will work at the Directorate General of Shipping headquarters in Mumbai.
Applications require a résumé and a statement of purpose of no more than 750 words. Supporting documents and any published writing may also be submitted. Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed.
