Send the prescribed typed, signed application and supporting documents by registered/speed post to the State Project Director, BSPP, Shiksha Bhawan, Saidpur, Rajendranagar, Patna 800004. Mark the sealed envelope “Application for empanelment of Advocates”. It must arrive by 5 pm on 11 November 2026. Empanelment guarantees neither assignments nor a retainer.
