Khaitan & Co, a leading legal advisor, played a pivotal role in facilitating this landmark agreement. The acquisition, orchestrated by Texmaco, involved the purchase of shares from the existing shareholder, Emobility Design and Innovation Private Limited.
Upon completion of the transaction, Saira will transition into a subsidiary of Texmaco, slated to operate as a joint venture, promising synergistic opportunities for both entities.
