The Supreme Court Collegium has given its green light for two members of the Madras High Court bench to move from “additional” to “permanent.”
In its meeting on September 15, the Collegium endorsed the elevation of Justice N. Senthilkumar and Justice G. Arul Murugan, both of whom first joined the court as additional judges in October 2023.
This recommendation, once cleared by the Centre, will cement their positions as permanent judges of the High Court.
