A law graduate from Osmania University’s class of 2001, Ali’s credentials stretch beyond a basic legal portfolio. With an LLM in International Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation, and membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he comes equipped with both academic depth and regulatory fluency.
Ali’s corporate compass has guided him through the legal labyrinths of sectors ranging from pharma and IT to sustainability and global capability centers. Over the past 20 years, he has steered legal and compliance functions at marquee firms—including a stint as Global General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Re Sustainability, a KKR-backed entity.
At Fourth Partner Energy, his role extends far beyond contracts and compliance. He’s set to oversee legal, regulatory, governance, ethics, ESG, and risk frameworks—essentially anchoring the company’s legal and moral north star while helping to scale its operations in the renewable energy space.
