The World Intellectual Property Organization’s Arbitration and Mediation Center will conduct a three-day online workshop on resolving intellectual-property and technology disputes.
The programme begins with mediation, moves to arbitration and concludes with practical examples, developments in IP dispute resolution and drafting effective dispute-resolution clauses.
Sessions will be delivered by practitioners and WIPO professionals, with opportunities for questions. The workshop is designed for lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, in-house counsel, patent and trademark professionals, and others working with IP and technology disputes.
Indian practitioners developing an IP or commercial-disputes practice can attend remotely.
