The Supreme Court has given the petitioner in connected Dabur–Emami proceedings until November 30 to dispose of existing stock, while ruling out any further extension.
Dabur withdrew its own special leave petitions, which the Court dismissed as unpressed. In the companion petition, both sides agreed that additional time could be granted for clearance of stock covered by a June 19 Delhi High Court order.
The Court extended that deadline while keeping every condition imposed by the High Court intact. It explicitly said another extension application would not be entertained.
The ruling provides a limited commercial transition rather than altering the underlying intellectual-property decision. Inventory may be cleared only within the enlarged window and under the original safeguards, after which the operative restrictions must be fully observed.
